Cotswold Cottage
When I first saw this cottage is was dark, dated and dreary. It had just been bought by a 6’4” tall man who frequently travels and has a dog and four donkeys.
Justin asked me to turn the cottage into a light, spacious home where he would not feel cramped (he
is not a small man!) and would enable him to re-charge his batteries following long stints working abroad.
I also needed to consider the needs of the animals!

Mousehole
As the name suggests, this was the smallest project I have worked on. My brief was to turn this stone shell into a cosy, self-contained ‘hideaway’. It has been successfully rented out to many delighted couples since its completion two years ago.

Teddington
This flat had been neglected for many years and not lived in for a year when I started work on it. It needed to be rented out within a few months and appeal to a young family, two single people or a retired couple.
To fulfil this request, I kept it neutral throughout. I was then given the task of finding tenants and am pleased to say that the first people to view it took it immediately.
I have managed the flat since and have two very happy tenants.
